The blueprint has therefore stemmed and developed. Moreover, MRCB Land has also developed Grade A corporate offices namely Q Sentral, Menara Shell, and Platinum Sentral - integrating the self-contained live, work and play environment. This shapes KL Sentral’s reputation as an emerging Central Business District (CBD), well-positioned to offer state-of-the-art solutions and value for business advantages of local, regional and international brands. Being the master developer of the KL Sentral, MRCB Land has since gone on to develop multiple TODs across the Klang Valley and Malaysia, with Penang Sentral in the Northern Region and up and coming PJ Sentral, Kwasa Sentral, and Cyberjaya City Centre.
